Service Scope

Testgraders provides expert-reviewed evaluations for IELTS Writing and Speaking responses.

Turnaround Time: Feedback is delivered within 24-48 hours after submission.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality feedback, we do not guarantee specific IELTS band score outcomes.

Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

Users must pay in full before submitting essays or speaking responses for evaluation.

We accept credit/debit cards, and other regional payment methods as listed on our platform.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if an evaluation has not been started.

Once grading has begun, no refunds will be issued.

If you experience issues with our service, please contact support@testgraders.com for assistance.

Subscription Cancellation

Users on subscription plans may cancel anytime.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

User Content: Any essay or speaking submission remains the property of the user.

Feedback Ownership: Testgraders retains the right to use anonymized essay samples for educational and training purposes.

Platform Content: All text, logos, and materials on Testgraders are protected by copyright laws and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Testgraders is an educational tool, not an official IELTS testing center.

We are not responsible for a user's IELTS exam performance or scoring.

We are not liable for technical issues affecting website access, grading delays, or third-party service disruptions.

Modifications to Terms

Testgraders may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
